Commitment to Confidentiality

I will not disclose the content of your Akashic Records Consultation or Coaching sessions to anyone. I will not share to a third party that you have had an appointment with me or other services. If you disclose the content of your consultation/coaching or learning to a third party, you are responsible for any effects this disclosure may have. 

Refund Policy & Financial Agreements

For Akashic Records Consultations & Coaching: There are no refunds, including for late starts, missed appointments, appointments with unused time, or once a session has been received by the client. In addition, there are no refunds for cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice.

Responsibilities, Agreements, & Expectations

When you schedule and pay for an appointment, I hold the scheduled time just for you. You agree to show up on time, as fully present as possible, and in an environment free of interruptions. You also agree to read and understand all the Client Information and Terms of Service I provide prior to your appointment and pay for your scheduled appointment as requested.

Payment is due no later than 48 hours in advance of your appointment. Appointments may be rescheduled that are not paid in advance. In addition, the completed Akashic Records Contract must be signed and returned at the time of booking. The coaching contract must be completed prior to the first session.

You are responsible for providing correct contact information, including email address and telephone number. 
To connect for your session, we will meet by telephone or Zoom. Akashic record consultations I will call you, coaching sessions you will call me at the number provided

To Schedule an Appointment:

To schedule an appointment, https://www.carolmclean.ca/book-now . After you book your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email. In this email, you will find the date and time of your appointment, information about how to prepare for your Akashic record Consultation, policy for canceling or rescheduling, and the confirmation of connection style. Please keep this email for your records. Payment is due at the time of scheduling your appointment. For coaching an email with the coaching contract and prework will be sent to you.

Fees: 

My fee is $250 for a 60-minute Akashic Records Consultation for one person. 
My fee is $225 for a 45-minute Coaching session

Payment:

Payment is due at the time of scheduling your appointment. Payments will be processed by PayPal.

Appointment Length:

Akashic Records Consultation is up to 60 minutes in length
Coaching Session is 45 minutes in length

Rescheduling Appointments:

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your appointment, please let me know a minimum of 48 hours in advance by email to carolmclean55@gmail.com
There are no refunds for appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice.

Delays:

If you know you will be more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. Please remember a late start impacts our time together but does not affect your responsibility for full payment of the time you have scheduled.

Missed Appointments:

For any scheduled appointments, I will wait up until 15 minutes for you to connect.  If you do not connect the appointment will be considered complete.
