Leveraging her background in finance, Carol founded and managed a thriving accounting firm. The firm's mission was to transform tedious and complex financial tasks into experiences infused with clarity, simplicity, and, most importantly, joy.

 In 2011, motivated by a certainty that all individuals are capable far beyond their circumstances and past, Carol pivoted and launched Shift Happens, a registered Canadian charity that brings coaching to vulnerable teens and individuals struggling to find meaning in their life.

A fearless rebel and a rule-breaker in the most positive sense, Carol has consistently challenged and transcended conventional models, advocating for radical change in both businesses and individuals. She possesses a unique ability to envision not only what is but what can and will be. Carol fearlessly ventures where others may hesitate, embodying a playful yet uncompromising approach.
